Chutney Baked Brie Ingredients

  • 1 round of Brie
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 Jar of Mango Chutney (great from trader Joes)
  • ¼ cup cashew pieces


  1. Heat over to 400 degrees.
  2. Use your fingers to rub 1 tsp of curry powder into the rind of the brie.
  3. Pour enough Mango chutney on the top of the brie to have a heavy layer.  Top with cashew pieces.
  4. Bake in the over for 10-12 minutes and serve warm and whole to your guests with a sliced baguette or large pretzel chips (the salt on the chips is delicious with the sweet brie).  YUM!
