- 1 round of Brie
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1 Jar of Mango Chutney (great from trader Joes)
- ¼ cup cashew pieces
- Heat over to 400 degrees.
- Use your fingers to rub 1 tsp of curry powder into the rind of the brie.
- Pour enough Mango chutney on the top of the brie to have a heavy layer. Top with cashew pieces.
- Bake in the over for 10-12 minutes and serve warm and whole to your guests with a sliced baguette or large pretzel chips (the salt on the chips is delicious with the sweet brie). YUM!
