Rockin’ Guac

Ingredients

  • 1 finely chopped white onion – add to taste
  • 1 jalapeño chopped – add to taste
  • 3 medium ripe (Hass is preferred) avocados
  • 1 bunch of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2-3 lemons
  • Salt as desired

Directions

After removing the skin and pits from the avocados, mash up the avocados until
the mixture is relatively smooth. Then add the chopped onion, chopped cilantro,
jalepeno and salt to taste. Then add some fresh juice from the lemons to taste.
Served with homemade corn tortilla chips!
