Graduation is such an exciting time and a great reason to throw a party! When planning out your menu, think about how much time you will have to prepare the food before your guests arrive. You will most likely attend the graduation ceremony, then all of your guests will follow you back to your home for the party. For this reason, you want to have some appetizers already made just waiting in the refrigerator to pull out. Here’s an adorable recipe you can easily make up the night before.
Graduation Roll Ups
Ingredients:
- 2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 8 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 20 taco size flour tortillas
Directions:
- Mix together the cream cheese, green onions, salsa and Cheddar cheese.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the tortillas. Roll the tortillas and refrigerate overnight
- Tie a ribbon around your roll-ups in the graduates school colors
Tortilla roll-ups are always a hit as an appetizer, and adding a cute ribbon to make them look like diplomas will give you an amazing presentation.
