Mix together half a stick (1/4 cup) of butter with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic. Spread garlic butter onto your favorite sourdough toast. If you like parmesan cheese then you can sprinkle some on top.
After removing the artichokes and while the meat is resting place all your toast on the grill (butter side up) for 1-2 minutes. Flip once (butter side down) and wait another 1-2 minutes. They should take 2-3 minutes depending on how hot your grill is, but keep a close eye on the toast so you don’t burn them. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
