Romantic, fun, shabby and all around fabulous is what Nicole’s pink party is all about! Every Cuisinista loves pink (or we think you do! and if you don’t you will after this party!)As Ashley mentioned, Nicole is having her birthday dinner at Sur Lounge in the Pinky room which is decked out in amazing decor, from the pink chandelier to the pink velvet chairs!
You can try to replicate this decor at home by going on Etsy and finding pink chair covers (or throw pillows) or make chair covers yourself with different shades of pashmina scarfs. You can even double the scarfs as party favors!!! Just elegantly wrap them around the chairs and let them drape in a loose bow/knot on the back – precious! This website has them on sale for $4.95 – wow!
To achieve a romantic flare, go to your local hardware store, by a cute little chandelier and put in pink light bulbs.
Last but not least, place centerpieces of pink flowers on the table. You can even alternate with small vases of pink water with floating candles – perfect for a night time party!
If you have a dance floor, or throwing the party in your backyard, consider blowing up various shades of pink balloons and let them bounce around the floor (no helium).
