We got this fantastic and simple recipe from our friends at Cafe Ronda in NYC! We just can’t get enough. Be sure to stop by the next time you are in town.
- 10 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 Big Scoop of Ice
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend thoroughly. Serve with a garnish of mint. Enjoy!
