This year’s Christmas party was probably the best one yet! I kept the guest list short which really allowed me to go all out on presentation, decorations and favors. This really helped the party stand out. It has also been really fun partnering with Cutco this month. I’m so proud that we are able to offer Cuisinistas this awesome and EXCLUSIVE 20-35% Cutco discount through tomorrow, 12/31/14. Just in case you missed it, here is the link to the discounts and “Chopping For Christmas” Video Series.
Throwing a NYE bash? Here’s our party wrap-up!
Plan It: A Festive digital invitation was sent out to a small group of friends 3 weeks prior to the party. I love digital invites! They are easy, relatively quick and effective on setting the mood, getting people excited and they give you the ability to update people as your party approaches.
Cook It: Guests were greeted with a choice of wine or bubbly. Christmasy red raspberries were an optional addition to the sweet sips. I had fun setting up a Christmas Tree Veggie Platter with Blue Cheese & Pecan and Cilantro & Chive Yogurt Dips. The main attraction was Cheddar and Hard Cider Fondue served with three dippers – baguettes, meats, and green apples. Because it was delish, filling and social, it was the perfect Christmas party indulgence.
Create It: Guests LOVED the “Chop For Christmas” Dessert Station where they were invited to chop up their own salted caramels and take home as a favor in these adorable holiday-themed treat boxes! I also set out pretty homemade gingerbread wreath and tree cookies to add to the festive vibe.
What a fabulous party! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from The Cuisinistas Club.
Party On,
Ashley
