With brunch I love a good sweet spinach salad to accompany the mini frittatas. Here’s the recipe for my favorite spinach salad – Strawberry Spinach Salad. The flavors of the spinach, strawberries, candied pecans, green onions, goat cheese and avocado come together deliciously. This is a great light dish to serve with small plates at your Bling, Bubbles, & The Beach Party. It’s bikini-friendly and complements a bubbly cocktail really well.
We’re making this tropical concoction at our party – its a Bellini with peach puree and champagne. Delish and easy but any bubbly cocktail will do!
